3.Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Kidz Wonder World Preschool, we value transparency and fairness in our fee management process. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making an online payment.

  1. Fee Payments

    • All fees paid through our online payment portal are non-refundable unless explicitly mentioned otherwise in this policy.

    • The preschool reserves the right to revise the fee structure, which will be communicated in advance.

  2. Refund Policy

    • Refunds for online payments are only considered in the following circumstances:
      a. Duplicate payment: If a fee is inadvertently paid twice, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
      b. Technical issues: If an online transaction fails but the amount is debited from your       account, it will be refunded or adjusted post-verification with the payment gateway provider.
      c. Withdrawal before the commencement of the academic session: A refund request may be considered, subject to a deduction of processing charges.

  3. Non-Refundable Items

    • Registration fees, admission fees, and other one-time charges are non-refundable.

    • Refunds will not be entertained once the academic session has commenced, regardless of attendance.

  4. Cancellation Policy

    • Once an online payment is successfully completed, it cannot be cancelled.

    • In case of exceptional circumstances, cancellation requests may be submitted to the preschool administration for review, and the decision will be final.

  5. Processing of Refunds

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original mode of payment.

    • Parents/guardians are required to provide proof of transaction for any refund claim.
